People Analytics Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in Munich or Berlin and work from one of the office locations in Germany.

What you will do

• Build a trusted People data foundation by integrating relevant source systems and ensuring data quality, privacy, and ownership.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports covering headcount, hiring, retention, employee lifecycle, and workforce planning.
• Translate business questions from People, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders into meaningful analyses.
• Develop actionable recommendations and communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Improve the People Tech ecosystem, data flows, and People processes.
• Establish data governance standards and identify opportunities for forecasting and predictive analytics.

Requirements

• Experience in People Analytics, People Data Management, Business Intelligence, or a comparable data analytics role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience working with HR systems and integrating data from multiple sources.
• Understanding of data architecture, data quality, data governance, and privacy principles.
• Ability to explain complex data and turn findings into practical recommendations.
• Fluent English required; the role must be performed from the Munich or Berlin office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or R, especially for advanced analytics.
• German language skills.
