Application Technologist, Beverage & Dairy

Location: Nucleos, Singapore; onsite role

What you will do

• Conduct laboratory trials and evaluations for dairy, beverage, frozen dessert, and other food ingredient applications using hirify.global products.
• Prepare samples, test formulations, and document trial results to support product development.
• Coordinate incoming projects and complete assigned activities within project timelines.
• Collaborate with Application Specialists on customer-driven product development, product improvement, and market-focused projects.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, work areas, facilities, and inventories of raw materials and consumables.
• Follow laboratory safety, hygiene, quality, environmental, and continuous improvement standards, including GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
• Good proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project timelines.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders at dhirify.globalerent levels.
• Proactive, self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
