What you will do

• Own business planning cycles and perform financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Shape pricing, investment, and go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze market trends, sales channels, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with Brand, Sales, Supply Chain, and Corporate Finance teams to improve performance.
• Build financial models to evaluate opportunities and risks.
• Drive productivity, cost optimization, and value creation initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an MBA at a university from which P&G hires.
• Strong academic performance and analytical and numerical ability.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Ability to break down problems, develop solutions, and take ownership.
• Strong interest in business finance and strategy.
