is hiring for planning and project controls work in high-rise residential real estate developments.
What you will do
- Plan and coordinate high-rise residential projects from commencement through completion.
- Develop master plans and look-ahead plans, and track schedules daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, critical activities, delays, deviations, and overall project health.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, site teams, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare MIS, progress reports, project updates, and schedules for senior management and review committees.
- Conduct project review meetings and maintain accurate top-management reporting.
Requirements
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in project planning.
- Strong experience with high-rise residential projects.
- Excellent planning, scheduling, project coordination, and project controls skills.
- BE or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, MIS, reporting, and presentations.
- Short joiners are preferred.
