What you will do
- Lead the development and scaling of a high-performance cryptocurrency exchange platform.
- Design, implement, and maintain Java-based microservices and distributed systems.
- Manage the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering through production deployment.
- Collaborate with product, design, development, compliance, and other cross-functional teams.
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and promote maintainable, well-documented code.
- Support cross-cultural collaboration and international expansion.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Java, object-oriented programming, and blockchain-oriented development practices.
- Expertise in Spring Boot and Spring Cloud for microservices-based applications.
- Leadership experience building, scaling, mentoring, and guiding high-performing technology teams.
- Knowledge of MySQL, NoSQL databases such as Redis, middleware such as Kafka and RabbitMQ, RESTful services, API design, and Git.
- Experience designing secure, reliable, scalable distributed systems with attention to performance, latency, privacy, and crypto transaction risks.
- Proficient spoken English is required; Mandarin speaking and listening skills are a strong plus.
