Business Manager (Private Banking)

What you will do

• Provide business and operational support to GPS co-heads, location heads, management, and product teams.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, drive alignment, and deliver business outcomes.
• Support planning, forecasting, KPI tracking, cost and headcount budgeting, and centralized financial reporting.
• Identify workflow and process improvements that enhance functional efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate governance, regulatory, business, vendor, and branch-wide activities for the Singapore location.
• Maintain cost governance frameworks and manage the GPS ProTime operational value stream.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of private banking experience, specifically in a business management role.
• Relevant higher education and professional background.
• Strong financial analysis skills, commercial judgment, business acumen, and understanding of financial markets and products.
• Ability to manage diverse internal and external stakeholders with strong planning, organization, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory expectations and requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate sound judgment, integrity, and due diligence.

• Knowledge of capital markets processes.
