Software Implementation Consultant (C#/Java)

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus; hybrid work. Travel within the Middle East and Gulf region is required as needed.

What you will do

• Deliver workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with business partners and customers.
• Analyze existing system functionality and translate business requirements into solution specifications.
• Develop, integrate, and unit-test software using the required technologies.
• Support design, coding, testing, implementation, customer acceptance, and QA activities throughout the development lifecycle.
• Maintain and administer deployment tools and provide subject matter expertise to development teams.
• Implement Interactive Services solutions at customer sites and deliver customer training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and experience with one or more of ASP.NET, C#, Java, HTML, XML, or Web Services.
• Excellent SQL programming knowledge, preferably with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ability to work from basic requirements, prioritize changing assignments, manage deadlines, and work independently or in a team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Good command of English is required, and travel within the Middle East and Gulf region is required as needed.

Nice to have

• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience building or integrating Web Services applications.
• Familiarity with major operating systems, SSH, and Linux fundamentals.
