What you will do
- Design, build, and evolve the Application Platform.
- Develop, operate, and improve Kubernetes-based platform capabilities and services.
- Create self-service solutions, reusable tooling, integrations, and well-defined interfaces for development teams.
- Drive automation and Infrastructure as Code practices while improving reliability, scalability, observability, and security.
- Support application teams adopting platform capabilities and contribute to modernisation, migration, and future platform architecture.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, security specialists, and stakeholders on the platform roadmap.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or in a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, container platforms, and platform service operations.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, automation tools, Linux-based environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience operating and improving business-critical platforms or services, with knowledge of cloud-native technologies and platform engineering principles.
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with Internal Developer Platforms and hybrid Kubernetes environments.
- Experience in observability, monitoring, platform security, modernisation, or migration initiatives.
- Experience working in large or complex organisations.
