DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes Platform) (Kubernetes/platform engineering): Building and modernising Kubernetes platform services that enable application delivery across the organisation with an accent on automation, infrastructure as code, reliability, scalability, and security. Focus on designing self-service capabilities, migrating platform services, operating business-critical environments, and solving complex performance and stability challenges.

What you will do
- Design, build, maintain, and improve Kubernetes-based platform services.
- Drive automation and Infrastructure as Code initiatives to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Develop platform engineering practices and self-service capabilities for internal development teams.
- Support the migration, modernisation, troubleshooting, and optimisation of platform services.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, security specialists, operations teams, and stakeholders.
- Participate in on-call rotation and contribute to platform roadmaps and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or in a similar role.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, container-based platforms, automation, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with Linux environments, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native technologies, and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience operating and supporting business-critical services.
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience; security vetting is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with hybrid Kubernetes environments and internal developer platforms.
- Knowledge of container security and compliance requirements.
- Experience with modernisation, migration initiatives, and large or complex organisations.
