Glass Process Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Develop, optimize, and sustain semiconductor manufacturing processes for glass passivation, wet etch, and furnace technologies.
• Design and execute DOE experiments for process and product development.
• Lead wafer failure analysis, yield improvement, and process capability initiatives.
• Drive cost reduction, process optimization, quality improvement, and capacity improvement projects.
• Maintain FMEA, Control Plans, and process documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of semiconductor wafer fabrication experience.
• Strong knowledge of glass passivation, wet etch, and furnace processes.
• Experience with DOE, SPC, and process improvement methodologies.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and project management capabilities.
