IT System Engineer (Cloud Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Manage and improve cloud infrastructure, primarily in AWS, with exposure to Azure and GCP.
• Own identity and access management across cloud and SaaS environments, including Entra ID, SSO, IAM, RBAC, and user lifecycle processes.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, VMware, networking, endpoints, and other core enterprise infrastructure.
• Automate operational and administrative work using Python, PowerShell, APIs, Infrastructure as Code, and AI-assisted tools.
• Manage endpoint compliance with Kandji and Microsoft Intune and act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Partner with Security and Engineering to improve infrastructure security, monitoring, reliability, scalability, documentation, and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Systems Engineering, IT Infrastructure, or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Strong experience with AWS and enterprise cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, IAM, SSO, and identity federation.
• Strong scripting and automation skills with Python and/or PowerShell, plus practical experience using AI tools securely and validating generated output.
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, routing, VPNs, firewalls, APIs, MDM, endpoint management, Kandji, Microsoft Intune, and VMware vSphere/ESXi.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and prioritization skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform.
• Exposure to Azure, GCP, and other cloud platforms.
