Logistics Subject Matter Expert (SME) (SAP)

What you will do

• Provide logistics subject matter expertise across the design, build, and deployment phases of the ANZ SAP S/4 implementation.
• Document and validate current-state processes, business requirements, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Support future-state process and solution design aligned with SAP S/4 and business needs.
• Participate in workshops, review proposed process and system changes, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Support issue and risk management, including process, data, and solution escalation.
• Contribute to testing, defect triage, process documentation, training inputs, communications, and adoption activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong logistics functional knowledge and experience with process improvement, projects, transformations, or system-related initiatives.
• Ability to document requirements and processes and translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Experience supporting workshops and delivery activities such as testing, training, or implementation.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, prioritization, and timeline-management skills.
• Ability to travel on a routine basis.
