ESHA Supervisor (Chemical Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Provide expert safety, health, and environmental support to manufacturing operations.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and maintain site compliance with company ESHA standards.
• Lead risk evaluations, emergency management planning, audits, inspections, and ESHA improvement projects.
• Manage ESHA investment budgets and report site information, performance indicators, and risk data to Plant Management.
• Deliver ESHA and Responsible Care training and support contractors with safety requirements.
• Lead accident and incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience planning and executing ESHA programs.
• At least 3 years of experience in process, chemical, or related manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
