What you will do

• Develop integrated creative strategies connected to growth, engagement, performance, client objectives, and audience needs.
• Identify, test, and scale innovative creative concepts, including the use of AI and automation.
• Lead commercial client and prospect conversations, supporting upsell, new business, pitches, and creative service expansion.
• Present creative recommendations with clear business rationale, data stories, value creation, and expected returns.
• Prioritise markets, campaigns, and creative routes based on financial impact, resource cost, and return potential.
• Build and scale hirify.global's creative capability, market presence, and global standards.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience developing integrated, business-outcome-driven creative strategy.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience identifying and closing upsell or new business opportunities.
• Confident senior stakeholder and client management skills, including presentations to executive committees and client leadership.
• Ability to translate creative and data trade-offs into clear, business-relevant recommendations.
• Experience leading, developing, and supporting high-performing teams.
• Strong creative or marketing industry network and interest in how AI and automation are reshaping creative practice.
