Focus on virtual 3D analysis, engineering change control, root-cause corrective action, managed builds, and supporting new product introductions in manufacturing and cleanroom environments.
Location: Bangalore, India. The role is onsite and may require standing, walking, working in tight spaces, using hand and power tools, and working in a cleanroom with personal protective equipment. Travel is required for approximately 20% of the time.

What you will do
- Develop, implement, and release BOMs, product structures, manufacturing strategies, test strategies, and sourcing strategies for complex modules.
- Manage the development and validation of Operation Method Sheets for medium-complexity modules.
- Perform 3D solid model analysis, including Master Layout and Digital Mock Up, and contribute to design reviews with DFA, DFAe, DFTp, ITO, cost, quality, and cycle-time feedback.
- Coordinate engineering changes, including NSRs, ECOs, CCBs, SPSs, and ESWs.
- Document product issues, perform root-cause corrective analysis, and lead long-term corrective actions and issue resolution.
- Lead managed builds and provide technical support and training to internal teams, contract manufacturers, and piece-part suppliers during new product introductions.
Requirements
- Intermediate knowledge of new product manufacturing engineering.
- Conceptual and practical expertise in the relevant engineering discipline, with basic knowledge of related disciplines.
- Knowledge of manufacturing best practices and how the function integrates with other areas.
- Ability to solve complex problems, analyze multiple information sources, exercise judgment, and build consensus.
- Ability to work in a physical manufacturing and cleanroom environment, including use of required personal protective equipment.
- Availability for approximately 20% travel.
