Customer Service and Design Intern

Location: Denton, Texas, United States; onsite attendance required

What you will do

• Print and measure color proofs for customers.
• Create shipping labels and ship proofs to customers.
• Create customer master data in EasyDesign.
• Develop onboarding materials explaining the design process.
• Prepare KPI reports for the Customer Service & Design team.

Requirements

• Suggested major in Design or Marketing.
• Knowledge of Illustrator is preferred.
• Some Power BI knowledge is preferred.
• Strong motivation to learn, communication skills, team orientation, and presentation skills.
• Available from May 31, 2027, through April 28, 2028, with graduation after the internship ends.
• Available to work onsite 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week during the summer, then up to 20 hours per week during the school year.
