Intern, Regulatory Projects & Compliance - Fall 2026

Location: Berlin, Connecticut, United States. Emergency restoration assignments may require work outside normal responsibilities, hours, and location.

What you will do

• Support the preparation, organization, and quality review of regulatory filings and supporting materials.
• Format documents for filing, including headers, page numbering, and required filing information.
• Identify and apply redactions to confidential or sensitive information according to established procedures.
• Maintain regulatory documents, electronic files, repositories, and SharePoint sites.
• Track filings, deadlines, data requests, and other team deliverables.
• Collaborate with Regulatory team members and communicate progress, questions, and issues.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program; Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Zero to three years of experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and business acumen.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Applicants requiring immigration-related visa sponsorship to start employment will not be considered.

Nice to have

• Ability to learn SharePoint, Adobe Pro, document management systems, and other regulatory tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
