Salary: Account Manager Level 4: $145,311–$196,597 annually; Specialty Account Manager Level 5: $158,931–$215,025 annually.

What you will do
- Represent TEPEZZA to physicians, healthcare professionals, office staff, and relevant accounts.
- Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve annual sales goals and drive product demand.
- Address access, pull-through, reimbursement, and site-of-care needs with patient services, market access, and field teams.
- Coordinate account needs across teams and build strong relationships with healthcare customers.
- Educate healthcare professionals on disease state, product information, and site-of-care options.
- Attend medical congresses and society meetings, manage promotional budgets, and complete accurate territory administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or hospital sales experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience are accepted for Account Manager Level 4.
- For Specialty Account Manager Level 5: doctorate plus 2 years, master's degree plus 6 years, bachelor's degree plus 8 years, or associate degree plus 10 years of account management, sales, and commercial experience.
- Experience coordinating across field teams and managing pharmaceutical accounts.
- Approximately 80% travel, including occasional overnight and weekend commitments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Compliance with company, legal, regulatory, and PhRMA guidelines is required.
Nice to have
- Buy-and-bill experience with documented success or biologic and infusion experience.
- Sales experience in endocrinology, ophthalmology, or rare and specialty diseases.
- Site-of-care, reimbursement, institutional, or integrated delivery network experience.
