What you will do

• Enter and maintain client financial data, including financial statements, rent rolls, personal financial statements, and global cash flow.
• Support market Portfolio Managers and Underwriters as the initial point of entry for commercial credit data.
• Generate reports tracking financial reporting, covenant compliance, leasing status, and quarterly periodic reviews.
• Assemble CRE market research from sources such as CoStar and REIS for quarterly market reporting.
• Review financial statements and interpret findings for quarterly periodic reviews in line with credit policies and procedures.
• Resolve data inconsistencies and missing information with Line of Business and Portfolio Analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Approximately 3–6 years of general experience, including 2–5 years of relevant commercial, cash management, or private banking experience.
• General familiarity with commercial real estate and/or commercial and industrial underwriting.
• Ability to analyze complex financial and loan documentation, define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Experience with financial modeling for credit analysis and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to present analysis clearly in written and verbal form.
