Summer Associate Internship (Fraud Analyst)

Location: Hybrid in Vienna, Virginia, United States; Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Salary: $26.44–$46.88 per hour

What you will do

• Create and update reports and dashboards using standard procedures.
• Identify trends and patterns and prepare reports and data visualizations to support business decisions.
• Contribute to KPI reporting, operational improvement analysis, and root cause analysis.
• Partner with leaders and senior staff to define reporting and analysis specifications.
• Support projects and initiatives for Fraud Operations and the Fraud Detection team.
• Apply data governance procedures and report inconsistencies or inaccuracies.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university, with expected graduation in December 2027 or later.
• Junior or senior undergraduate student or master's student in business administration, statistics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with business intelligence applications, cloud services, and reporting capabilities in ERP, CRM, or database software.
• Familiarity with querying or programming for data analysis and basic visualization and reporting components.
• Knowledge of statistical methods, mathematical techniques, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Research, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
