AML Analyst I (Fintech)

Location: Omaha, Nebraska, United States; onsite banking environment with U.S. employment eligibility verification.

Salary: $20.00–$23.00 per hour. Annual discretionary cash bonus target: 0%.

What you will do

• Collect, extract, validate, and organize operational, transactional, and customer data from bank systems, reports, and files.
• Monitor data quality, reconcile discrepancies, and document data sources, assumptions, and reporting practices.
• Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve processes and reporting.
• Prepare summaries, tables, and visualizations for management and business unit reviews.
• Assist with recurring reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analytical requests.
• Document analytical methodologies so reporting can be repeated and audited.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in STEM.
• Experience through an internship, coursework, or project involving data analysis, reporting, Excel, SQL, or business intelligence tools is preferred.
• Follow bank policies, data-handling standards, regulatory requirements, and documentation practices.
• Must satisfy U.S. employment eligibility verification requirements.
