Senior Product Manager, Reporting & Analytics (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; up to 10% long-distance or air travel.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for reporting, analytics, and AI-driven insights across financial and clinical domains.
• Shape data products and platform capabilities across data warehouses, data marts, ELT/ETL pipelines, semantic and metrics layers, embedded analytics, and lakehouse medallion architecture.
• Lead structured discovery with healthcare providers, practice administrators, revenue cycle leaders, and clinical staff, using prototypes and pilots to validate product direction.
• Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows while partnering closely with engineering and design.
• Lead iterative delivery, remove blockers, manage dependencies, and mentor product practices across cross-functional teams.
• Define and track financial and clinical KPIs tied to adoption, retention, revenue, efficiency, and product-market fit.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of reporting, analytics, or data-driven products.
• Strong knowledge of non-acute or specialty healthcare financial outcomes, including revenue cycle management, charge capture, accounts receivable aging, denials, net collection rate, and underpayment detection.
• Working knowledge of data warehouses, data marts, ELT/ETL pipelines, semantic and metrics layers, embedded business intelligence, and lakehouse medallion architecture.
• Strong product requirements, backlog management, Agile, cross-functional leadership, discovery, written communication, and analytical skills.
• Working SQL knowledge, including SELECT, WHERE, JOIN, GROUP BY, HAVING, and ORDER BY, plus relational database fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience implementing agentic AI workflows with mandatory human approval checkpoints and a proven track record of using AI in daily work.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare technology, EHR, revenue cycle management, ambulatory care, or specialty practices.
• Experience with Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Sigma, or other business intelligence and embedded analytics platforms.
• Experience shipping AI- or LLM-powered analytics or insight features.
• Familiarity with Jira and an advanced degree in business, technology, or analytics.
