Automotive Tag and Title Specialist

Location: Orlando, Florida, USA; onsite at a new dealership opening in December 2026

Salary: $21–$25 per hour, based on experience

What you will do

• Process vehicles for registration in the state where they will be titled.
• Verify collected funds and confirm that the correct lien holder has been paid before submitting title applications.
• Review title applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.
• Process car deals and verify costs for accounting, including reconditioning and equipment add-ons.

Requirements

• Knowledge of DMV software.
• Automotive dealership title clerk experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Transparent, accountable approach with a willingness to learn.
