Product Manager (Automotive)

Location: Houston, TX, United States. Hybrid schedule with onsite training and up to 25% travel during the initial 120-day period; travel is limited to no more than 10% afterward. Eligible associates may work from home up to two days per week after training.

What you will do

• Manage the technical, functional, and business foundations of products throughout the product life cycle.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Design, and Software Development to create customer-facing product features.
• Help manage the product roadmap by understanding the relationship between automotive dealerships and consumers.
• Define and prioritize product goals to ensure the right work is delivered at the right time.
• Facilitate product discovery by understanding stakeholder needs and researching complex problem spaces.
• Test software applications to support product quality and alignment with client business goals.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or UX Design.
• Comfort working in unknown problem spaces and researching long-term solutions.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a variety of stakeholders.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and validate assumptions using data, insights, and peer discussions.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, with fewer than two moving violations in the last three years and no OVI, DUI, or DWI violations in the last five years.
