Associate Product Manager, Private Passport (Fintech)

Location: Chicago, IL. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship; relocation is not mentioned.

Salary: $80,800–$133,400 USD base pay annually.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day platform support, including user request intake and triage, issue escalation, and coordination with relevant teams.
• Support product discovery by identifying stakeholders, facilitating requirements sessions, and documenting business and user requirements.
• Assist with roadmap planning, backlog refinement, and agile delivery by maintaining epics, features, and user stories.
• Partner with business, technology, and UX teams to deliver platform enhancements for the digital client experience.
• Support user acceptance testing, pilot programs, production releases, product documentation, and process inventories.
• Monitor product performance, adoption metrics, and user satisfaction, and assist with stakeholder updates, demos, and presentations.

Requirements

• Foundational understanding of product management principles, agile methodologies, and digital product development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage business and technology stakeholders.
• Ability to gather requirements, document business processes, and translate user needs into actionable backlog items.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, Digital Platforms, or related disciplines is preferred.
• Ability to build relationships, collaborate across teams, and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with agile delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of wealth management, financial services, or client-facing digital solutions.
• Experience working in financial services, wealth management, or client-facing digital products.
• Agile, Product Management, or business-related certifications.
