Operational Technology Project Coordinator (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support the planning, execution, and tracking of operational technology projects across multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Coordinate schedules, site activities, equipment installations, system deployments, commissioning, startup, and go-live activities.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, budgets, change requests, and project records.
• Facilitate meetings and project reviews while coordinating communication between operations, maintenance, engineering, production, safety, IT, OT teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Coordinate vendor visits, equipment deliveries, contractor activities, procurement requests, quotations, purchase orders, and invoice tracking.
• Support hardware installation, network readiness, software deployment, user acceptance testing, validation, training, and post-deployment issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of administrative or project coordination experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining spreadsheets with Microsoft Office programs.
• Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Planner, and project management software.
• Strong computer, ERP, organizational, multitasking, communication, and independent-working skills.
• Customer service focus and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Understanding of MRP fundamentals.
• Experience in a wood or metal manufacturing environment.
• Public speaking experience.
