Senior Paralegal (Real Estate & Construction)

Location: Hybrid role requiring residence in Dallas, TX

Salary: $110,000–$125,000 annual base salary, plus equity

What you will do

• Review and track revisions to master service agreements, subcontractor agreements, purchase and sale agreements, NDAs, title documents, and deeds.
• Track general contractor and business licensing across multiple markets.
• Manage the Builders Risk insurance program, review subcontractor insurance policies, support renewals, and provide risk-based guidance.
• Track warranty claims, gather supporting documentation, and support claims strategy.
• Support homeowner sales negotiations, contract adjustments, disputes, pre-litigation, litigation, discovery, and case management.
• Support land acquisitions, post-closing obligations, go-to-market sales contracts, and expansion into new geographies.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of paralegal experience, ideally in real estate, construction, or homebuilding.
• In-house paralegal experience preferred; a bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate is required.
• Experience with contract drafting and negotiation, insurance and risk management, warranty claims, and litigation or case management support.
• Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent matters across multiple states and business teams.
• Strong judgment, organization, communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Must be located in Dallas, TX.
