What you will do

• Analyze external contractor bids to assess value for money.
• Create estimates and cost plans for client developments.
• Evaluate project scopes and cost plans to identify and address gaps.
• Maintain current local-rate data for estimating.
• Optimize project costs through budget reviews, value engineering, and accurate estimates.
• Provide estimating expertise throughout design and construction while coordinating with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal partners.

Requirements

• Experience with construction estimating and cost planning.
• Ability to evaluate contractor bids, project scopes, budgets, and local rates.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build credibility with clients, contractors, consultants, and business partners.
• Eligibility to work remotely from the United States is implied by the listed US locations.
