AI Solutions Engineer

Adaptfy is a joint venture between SHV and hirify.global that delivers data and analytics solutions, including AI applications, for SHV companies across international markets.

What you will do

• Support the development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI solutions and products.
• Prepare and maintain data sources, knowledge bases, context foundations, and RAG pipelines with central and local data teams.
• Implement and test prompts, context strategies, AI agents, and orchestration workflows.
• Translate operational challenges and business requirements into practical AI use cases in collaboration with senior technical and business colleagues.
• Research AI models, tools, and frameworks, and document solutions, experiments, prompts, and learnings.
• Monitor AI solutions, identify issues, and implement improvements based on performance and feedback.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in software engineering, data science, data engineering, AI, or a related technical field; relevant internships and academic projects are valued.
• Basic to intermediate programming skills in at least one modern language; Python is a plus.
• Familiarity with Git and software engineering practices.
• Hands-on exposure to LLM applications, prompt engineering, generative AI, and basic Retrieval-Augmented Generation concepts.
• Understanding of data quality, data structures, semantics, governance, and the current AI landscape, including multimodal models and AI agents.
• Fluency in English is required, along with strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to knowledge graphs, ontologies, semantic data models, or orchestration frameworks.
• Experience in international, consulting, or scale-up environments.
• Additional language skills.
