Treasury Manager

Location: Remote within the United States; benefits are provided within the US intercontinental states.

What you will do

• Monitor daily cash positions, manage cash concentration, and handle wire transfers and liquidity needs.
• Build and maintain short- and long-term cash flow models and forecast future capital requirements.
• Manage banking relationships, negotiate fees and service agreements, and open or modify bank accounts.
• Oversee debt facilities, borrowing base models, covenant compliance, and capital structure optimization.
• Manage foreign exchange and interest rate risks and implement financial hedging strategies.
• Implement treasury management systems and integrate them with ERP platforms while supporting controls, audits, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, banking, or financial management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and treasury management software.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, leadership, and attention to detail.
• Ability to research and solve problems independently, manage ambiguity, prioritize work, and collaborate with executives, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work at a computer workstation in an open-office work environment.

Nice to have

• MBA or master’s degree.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation.
