Manager, Treasury Operations (Health Insurance)

Location: Hybrid Flex in Durham, United States; at least two days per week in the office. Candidates from outside the local area may be considered for states listed on the job posting, with onsite expectations discussed during the interview process.

Salary: $118,691–$189,906 per year, plus annual incentive bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Oversee cash management and treasury operations in line with company policies and recommend process and policy improvements.
• Guide Treasury Analysts on daily funding and ensure proper funding of bank accounts.
• Support short-, intermediate-, and long-term cash flow projections and liquidity planning.
• Manage banking relationships, bank accounts, fee negotiations, and implementation of new banking services.
• Manage the liquidity portfolio, including bank deposits, money market funds, and short-term investments.
• Develop cash management policies, funds transfer security, process controls, compliance testing, and business continuity support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree, where required.
• At least 8 years of experience in a related field; 10+ years may substitute for a degree.
• Ability to manage treasury operations, banking relationships, liquidity, and cash forecasting.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with at least two days per week in the Durham office.

Nice to have

• Treasury Management System subject matter expertise, preferably Kyriba.
• CTP or equivalent designation.
• Health insurance experience.
