Location: Remote within eligible U.S. states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, or Washington. The role requires up to 25% travel to client sites and occasional travel to the Seattle office, typically 1–4 times per year.
Salary: $85,000–$105,000 annual base pay, plus a target commission of 25% of base pay and increasing incentives for exceeding goals.

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, identifying risks and opportunities to improve implementation, demonstrate value, and secure renewals and expansions.
- Lead renewal and expansion conversations, including quoting, forecasting, pricing discussions, and negotiations.
- Develop strategic territory and account plans, deliver client workshops and presentations, and use data to guide client strategy.
- Mentor and coach junior Client Success Managers and contribute to team strategy, messaging, and process improvements.
- Collaborate across functions to resolve client challenges, communicate client feedback, and influence product and service enhancements.
- Maintain accurate CRM data covering client health, pipeline, and forecasting, while monitoring K-12 trends, SEL priorities, and funding and policy changes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree and extensive knowledge of relationship building, client enablement, and K-12 education.
- Advanced proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Suite, and forecasting systems.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and negotiation skills, including experience leading renewals and expansions.
- Familiarity with pricing models, contract terms, and value-based selling.
- Ability to work remotely from one of the eligible U.S. states and travel to client sites and the Seattle office as required.
Nice to have
- Experience in a SaaS environment.
- Training or certification in Challenger, SPIN, MEDDICC, or another sales methodology.
