What you will do

• Develop computational and statistical methods for single-cell multi-omic data.
• Conduct research in statistical modeling of single-cell multi-omic datasets.
• Perform clustering, differential expression analysis, predictive modeling, and trajectory inference to trace cellular processes.
• Collaborate with life science researchers on the analysis and interpretation of complex biological data.
• Assist with or mentor graduate students working on research related to the project.

Requirements

• Appropriate PhD in a related field.
• Working experience with Bayesian analysis and MCMC.
• Experience with Bayesian modeling, MCMC computation, bioinformatics, and clustering.
• Ability to work at the College Station, Texas location.
