Manager, Distribution Center Analytics & Insights (MedTech)

What you will do

• Lead the analytics strategy, roadmap, governance, dashboards, scorecards, and decision-support products for the Jacksonville Vision Care distribution center and North America Surgical Vision business.
• Analyze distribution center performance across receiving, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, returns, productivity, capacity, quality, and customer-impacting exceptions.
• Develop predictive, scenario-based, product-costing, cost-to-serve, profitability, and omnichannel analytics.
• Lead analytics requirements for a new approximately one-million-square-foot distribution center and Warehouse Management System transformation.
• Support data migration, validation, testing, cutover, go-live readiness, hypercare, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Lead, coach, and develop an analytics team while partnering with Operations, Finance, Commercial, Technology, Engineering, Customer Service, and other functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, supply chain, operations, industrial engineering, finance, computer science, business, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, operations, supply chain, distribution, customer service, or a related discipline, including people or team leadership.
• Experience with high-volume distribution center operations, service and productivity metrics, inventory, capacity, quality, and operational performance.
• Experience with new product launches, product or fulfillment costing, cost-to-serve analysis, customer or channel analytics, and senior-leader recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with modern analytics and visualization tools, large datasets, data models, pipelines, and integrations.
• Experience leading change management and adoption for new systems, digital tools, processes, or operating models.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated-environment experience.
• SAP Extended Warehouse Management or another enterprise WMS implementation, testing, cutover, or hypercare experience.
• Experience with greenfield distribution centers, facility expansions, automation deployments, or large-scale operational transformations.
• Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, SQL, Python, cloud data platforms, data catalogs, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or project management experience.
