Account Manager (Gaming)

Location: Marion, Illinois, United States; extensive travel within the assigned region and frequent vehicle travel required.

Base salary: $50,000–$70,000 per year, plus commission; total potential compensation up to $150,000 per year.

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned bars, restaurants, convenience stores, truck stops, gaming cafes, and nonprofit establishments.
• Manage accounts as the primary liaison, handling communications, issue resolution, partner satisfaction, and service coordination.
• Conduct regular partner-site visits, provide support, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve account performance.
• Analyze account and industry data to increase gameplay, achieve Gross Gaming Revenue objectives, and support revenue growth.
• Educate partners on gaming products, promotions, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with revenue, operations, and marketing teams on business development, customized on-site materials, and promotional initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience and 3–5 years of gaming or relevant industry knowledge.
• Account management or outside sales experience is beneficial.
• Strong communication, organizational, time management, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with local business owners and nonprofit organization commanders.
• Valid driver’s license required; extensive regional travel is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
