Senior Product Support Engineer (Altium/PCB)

Location: Frisco, Texas; remote work is not available

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Provide senior-level technical support for Altium Designer, Altium 365, Enterprise Server technologies, and related PCB design workflows.
• Investigate complex customer issues and perform root cause analysis across desktop applications, cloud services, enterprise integrations, and authentication systems.
• Own prioritized customer accounts, manage escalations, document case activity, and share technical findings with support stakeholders.
• Coordinate resolutions with R&D, Product Management, and Engineering teams.
• Create technical documentation, knowledge base articles, user guides, tutorials, and training materials.
• Coach support engineers and test pre-release products and features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience supporting electronic design software, enterprise engineering platforms, or related technical solutions.
• Advanced experience with PCB design workflows; experience with Altium products and platform solutions is strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge in at least two areas such as PCB design, high-speed design, RF design, signal integrity, power integrity, data and library management, PCB manufacturing, PLM workflows, enterprise integrations, or enterprise server technologies.
• Experience with PLM, enterprise data management, SAML, OAuth, Active Directory, server technologies, or other enterprise engineering platforms.
• Fluent English and excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in technical support, complex PCB simulation, signal integrity analysis, technical demonstrations, or training delivery.
• Fluency in additional languages.
