Bilingual EHS Manager

Location: West Greenwich, Rhode Island, United States; day shifts with variable weekend work; some travel may be required.

Salary: $113,000–$125,000 per year

What you will do

• Plan and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal OSHA regulations.
• Develop and deliver training on workplace safety, fire prevention, and the safe handling of chemicals, toxins, equipment, and other materials.
• Inspect facilities, identify health and safety hazards, recommend corrective measures, and verify implementation.
• Lead accident and injury investigations, prepare regulatory reports, and maintain safety records.
• Administer the workers' compensation program and work with the insurance carrier to reduce employee lost time.
• Supervise safety-related work, including hiring, performance management, training, and problem resolution.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish proficiency is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field, with 5–8 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA rules, workplace safety practices, hazard prevention, and accident investigation.
• Ability to manage safety programs and supervise employees in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
• A valid driver's license may be required.
• Regular in-person work in West Greenwich, Rhode Island, is required.
