Manager, Operations Management (12hrs Shift, 4334) (Manufacturing)

Location: Singapore, SGP; onsite manufacturing environment with 12-hour shifts

What you will do

• Supervise employees across assembly, inspection, testing, final testing, and related production operations.
• Prioritize production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and material requirements.
• Track organizational performance metrics, lead milestone meetings, and improve cycle-time performance.
• Resolve operations issues affecting customer satisfaction and coordinate customer and vendor requirements.
• Optimize production capacity and monitor manufacturing processes, measurement data, and real-time status.
• Drive Lean, safety, quality, corrective actions, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Experience applying operational procedures and concepts within the relevant job family.
• Formal supervisory experience, including setting priorities and coaching employees to meet daily deadlines.
• Ability to resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems using sound judgment.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment requiring extended standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, and work in tight or noisy spaces.
• Ability to work in a clean room and use required personal protective equipment and hand or power tools.
• Compliance with hirify.global’ Standards of Business Conduct is required.
