Regional QA Engineer, Integrated Solutions (Life Sciences)

Location: Singapore; on-site role with up to 50% global travel at short notice

What you will do

• Drive quality assurance and compliance activities for Integrated Solutions projects across the APAC region.
• Provide onsite QA support and act as the customer-facing quality representative during project execution.
• Manage QMS processes, including nonconformances, CAPA, complaints, document reviews, and internal and external audits.
• Lead validation QA strategy, project QA governance, continuous improvement projects, and lessons-learned initiatives.
• Support project performance reviews and prepare input for quality management reviews.
• Develop training materials and deliver quality training to associates and internal teams.

Requirements

• BEng or BSc degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in a quality role, preferably in the life sciences industry.
• Comprehensive understanding of ISO 9001 and cGMP requirements.
• Experience managing project teams and working cross-functionally with local and global stakeholders.
• Effective written and spoken English plus one additional language.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel globally up to 50%.

Nice to have

• 5–10 years of quality assurance experience in a GMP environment.
• Experience managing teams and direct reports across multiple locations.
