AI Threat Emulation Capabilities Developer (AI)

Location: Remote, Dallas, TX

Salary: $93,000–$189,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and test threat actor emulation tools, tactics, and procedures for application, system, and network security assessments.
• Partner with threat intelligence specialists to align Red Team capabilities with the current threat landscape.
• Consult with cross-functional teams during project testing and architecture design reviews to validate security controls.
• Coordinate third-party penetration testing engagements, communications, requirements, and reporting.
• Develop remediation plans with application and technology system owners.
• Assess, train, and develop Red Team members and support team capability development.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• 5–7+ years of penetration testing or Red Team experience.
• Associate’s degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
• Expert understanding of security architecture, security tools, threat actors, and their tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Advanced experience with security assessment toolsets, automation, and application and system scripting.
• Expert knowledge of relational databases, SQL, client/server relationships, and multi-tier environments.

Nice to have

• Experience developing or evaluating AI Red Team and AI threat emulation capabilities.
• OSCP, GPEN, OSCE, GCIH, or GXPN certification.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
