Associate Solution Manager (AI)

Location: Remote - US. Candidates within 50 miles of the headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas participate in the in-office collaboration experience. Travel up to 20% may be required.

What you will do

• Own solution lifecycles from inception through delivery and execute solution strategy for client needs.
• Meet with clients and prospects to define objectives and represent market requirements.
• Contribute to product roadmaps by identifying initiatives, defining scope, and providing high-level timelines.
• Translate client requests into solution designs, requirements, user stories, prototypes, and documentation.
• Collaborate with development teams, lead Agile ceremonies, manage requirements in JIRA, and support backlog prioritization.
• Use AI tools and platforms, KPIs, adoption metrics, and stakeholder demonstrations to improve decision-making and monitor solution success.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in medical technology, MLT/MT, or a related field, or comparable blood banking laboratory technology experience.
• 2–4 years of experience working with products or solutions in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Experience translating client and market needs into requirements and solution designs.
• Applicants for U.S.-based positions must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work additional or irregular hours as needed and remain at a computer screen for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Experience using hirify.global Transfusion (HCLL).
• Experience with JIRA, Miro, Visio, or other solution-mapping and development documentation tools.
