MODA-ES Supervisor (MES)

Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire, USA; site-based with limited flexibility

What you will do

• Lead, coach, mentor, and manage performance for the MES Engineering team.
• Drive MES projects and maintain and enhance electronic batch records in the MODA-ES platform.
• Plan team schedules, prioritize workloads, and manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, CAPEX, global, and customer teams.
• Author, review, and close deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and lead training for engineers, manufacturing personnel, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• 5–10 years of experience supporting automation systems or Manufacturing Execution Systems; MODA-ES experience is preferred.
• Experience with quality systems, including deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
