Support Advisor (Financial Services)

Location: Fully remote; Salt Lake City, Utah is the preferred location

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year for 40 hours per week, based on experience and performance

What you will do

• Provide technical and operational support to Lead and Service Advisors.
• Gather client information and maintain accurate records across planning and customer relationship systems.
• Prepare and update financial plans, draft plans, scenario models, case designs, and presentation materials.
• Process client requests, research inquiries, resolve questions, and maintain client relationships.
• Complete, submit, and track account paperwork, applications, service forms, and trade orders when permitted.
• Support client meetings by preparing materials, taking notes, and completing follow-up activities.

Requirements

• Previous financial services experience is desired.
• Securities registration is required: Series 7/66, or Series 7/63 and 65.
• Life, Health, and Annuities registration is required.
• Customer service experience, with 3 or more years preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, frequent interruptions, and confidential information while maintaining high-quality work.
• Working knowledge of relevant financial products and services, with planning, analytical, communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial services organizations and client-facing support.
• Experience using Salesforce, MoneyGuide Pro, Morningstar, and similar planning tools.
