Team Leader Client Services (Financial Services)

Location: Hybrid role primarily based in the Macomb, Illinois and Quincy, Illinois offices, with occasional remote work

Base pay: $67,700–$102,200 USD annually, plus variable compensation and benefits

What you will do

• Lead, hire, train, develop, motivate, and evaluate Client Service team members.
• Set service standards, team goals, performance expectations, and development plans.
• Oversee services supporting credit and financial products for current and prospective clients.
• Coordinate reconciliation, reporting, corrections, adjustments, office operations, and resource allocation.
• Manage compliance with organizational policies, regulations, and business-unit requirements.
• Resolve escalated and nonstandard operational issues, support organizational change, and promote products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Leadership, communication, decision-making, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM programs, and client databases.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly between team member office locations.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin financial-industry and Farm Credit regulations.
• Knowledge of farming operations, agriculture, and basic accounting principles.
• Advanced knowledge of credit, loan processing, loan servicing, or loan closing.
