Digital Transformation Specialist, Mid (Microsoft Power Platform)

Location: Remote within the United States, with locations in Arlington, Virginia and Norfolk, Virginia; occasional work at a Booz Allen or customer facility may be required.

Salary: $69,400–$158,000 annualized USD

What you will do

• Create and deploy custom low-code and no-code applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Use Microsoft Office 365 tools, automation, and cloud resources to reduce repetitive operational work.
• Support business process analysis and translate IT needs and future goals into implementation plans.
• Develop architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices.
• Coordinate with client-facing change managers and digital transformation advisors to deploy applications with a common backend.
• Apply product ownership, Agile development, and UX design practices in a low-code environment.

Requirements

• Experience with low-code and no-code platforms, such as Microsoft Power Platform.
• Ability to design, develop, modify, write, and implement software applications.
• Ability to use programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks.
• Ability to create solutions collaboratively and manage multiple competing priorities.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
• Associate's degree.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Pega, Appian, PowerApps, or OpenText.
• Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, or software products.
• Experience working with the Department of Defense.
• Experience with front-end SharePoint site development.
• Bachelor's degree.
