Digital Operations Specialist, Local (Digital Advertising)

Location: Fully remote, but must be based in the New York area and regularly support Eastern Time business hours

Salary: $55,000–$58,000 yearly, overtime eligible

What you will do

• Traffic and monitor digital advertising campaigns across ad servers.
• Quality-check, process, and prepare display and video advertisements for launch.
• Schedule campaigns for sponsorships, events, and other calendar-based initiatives.
• Review and test rich media creatives with external advertising vendors.
• Troubleshoot advertising delivery issues in real time and respond to campaign requests.
• Provide on-call support for regional sports network, political, and tentpole events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Availability during game times and Eastern Time business hours is required.
• Must be based in the New York area.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, prioritization, and client relationship skills.
• Experience with digital media and online measurement terminology, including impressions, CTR, CPMs, eCPMs, uniques, pageviews, visits, and referrers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel formulas; basic knowledge of HTML and ActionScript.

Nice to have

• Experience trafficking campaigns in Google Ad Manager or FreeWheel.
• Familiarity with front-end order management systems and live streaming events.
• Experience with screenshots, cropping, and basic image editing.
