Product Manager (iGaming)

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina, United States — onsite at 1 Glenwood Ave Ste 600

Light & Wonder operates in regulated gaming and lottery businesses, developing gaming products for supported markets.

What you will do

• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation and development through submission, approval, launch, and post-launch analysis.
• Define product strategy, market requirements, content segmentation, product visions, KPIs, and roadmaps for adjacent and emerging markets.
• Gather and prioritize requirements using customer insights, competitive analysis, game segmentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with R&D, Compliance, Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, distributors, and customer support to deliver and commercialize products.
• Develop new Charitable Gaming products and enhance existing products to meet market demand and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze product-line performance, track approval and release statuses, resolve deliverable issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience; gaming or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, organization, and time-management skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
• Strong awareness of gaming industry trends and the ability to work across designated markets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
