Affiliate Coordinator

Location: Remote in El Salvador

What you will do

• Source and contact prospective affiliates and partners across relevant industry verticals.
• Vet partner applicants and maintain the outreach and onboarding pipeline.
• Review partner audiences, content, performance history, niches, and fit for vendor opportunities.
• Support vendor onboarding by identifying high-potential partners for new programs.
• Build and maintain partner taxonomies covering verticals, content types, audience size, and performance tiers.
• Create repeatable processes, tracking systems, and internal reports to keep network data organized and monitor emerging partners.

Requirements

• Experience in BDR, recruiting, partnerships, or an affiliate-marketing-related role; internships are welcome.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to build structure and processes.
• Comfort with outbound outreach and early-stage relationship building.
• Attention to detail and experience working with data or spreadsheets at scale.
• Curiosity, analytical thinking, and the ability to identify patterns in partner performance.
• Strong written communication skills for outreach and internal documentation.
