What you will do

• Drive and monitor profit, sales, performance, operating costs, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee the eyeglass department, ensuring efficient operations, quality standards, and compliance with company guidelines.
• Lead, coach, and motivate opticians, contact lens sales associates, and other store associates.
• Deliver strong customer service and ensure associates meet customer experience standards.
• Execute merchandising, marketing, pricing promotions, and operational initiatives.
• Support staffing forecasts, recruiting, retention, and mentoring of apprentice opticians where permitted by law.

Requirements

• Maintain an optical license as required by the state.
• Optical sales experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Leadership, coaching, communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Understanding of store operations, financial reports, and performance monitoring.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems of varied scope.
• ABO and NCLE certification.
