GCM Relationship Manager II (Global Capital Markets)

Location: Remote, USA; Clanton, Alabama, United States of America

Salary: $80,900–$134,800 annual USD, with the applicable range varying by location.

What you will do

• Manage client relationships and daily administration for Global Capital Markets accounts of moderate to significant complexity and risk.
• Monitor account systems, databases, controls, cash flows, fee billing, reporting, and transaction activity.
• Review operative legal documents and coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Audit, counsel, attorneys, financial advisors, and service partners.
• Research and resolve client service and control issues while maintaining regulatory compliance and internal control standards.
• Support the structuring and closing of transactions, sales calls, client meetings, presentations, fee proposals, and business development activities.
• Identify revenue opportunities, support products and processes, lead projects, and mentor less-experienced associates when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets, or 6 years of combined higher education and work experience including 2 years in the relevant field.
• High proficiency with personal computers and pertinent software.
• Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
• Familiarity with corporate structures, relevant laws, and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• CCTS certification.
• Experience with specialized internal software applications.
• Managerial or leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of jobs or projects.
